On Saturday, May 23, starting from 7:00 PM, the town centre will host the Pink Night, a large-scale event that will bring streets and squares to life with music, exhibitions, performances, entertainment, fashion and street food.
The initiative is part of the series of events organised in the lead-up to the start of the 17th stage of the Giro d’Italia on May 27 and has also been made possible thanks to the support of numerous sponsors, to whom the city extends its gratitude.
Below is the full programme for the evening.
Via Vittorio Veneto
- Exhibition “Il Giro di Motta”, dedicated to the victories and bicycles that made cycling history;
- Vintage bicycle exhibition in collaboration with Old Bikes Only;
- Face painting for children with Miriam Rossi;
- “Pink Dance” with All Dance Studio;
- Entertainment “Retroeventi: A Journey Through Time on Two Wheels”.
Casa Berva
- Open-air screening “Lights on the River – Riding Through Memories: Waiting for the Giro d’Italia”, in collaboration with Cacao APS;
- Collective exhibition “Bicicletta, che passione!” by the Martesana Artistic Groups.
Piazza Matteotti
- Street Music Festival 2026 & Pink Night, featuring live music and street performances in collaboration with the Grillo Parlante association.
Piazza Garibaldi
- “Fashion in Pink” runway show;
- Musical performances and award ceremonies for the “Il Giro delle Vetrine” and “Balconi in Rosa” contests, organised together with local shopkeepers;
- Arrival of the Bergamo Gravel ride with the group Ciclisti della Domenica;
- Sponsor area;
- Hobby and craft market organised by Black Moon Eventi;
- “Scatti in Rosa”, a themed photo set created by the “G. Ascani” Photography Club.
Piazza Perrucchetti
- Inflatable play area for children in collaboration with Relandini Group.
Via Mazzini and Piazza Cavour
In collaboration with Cassano’s local businesses and the Grillo Parlante association:
- Food area;
- Live concerts;
- DJ sets.
The Pink Night will be a special opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the Giro d’Italia through culture, sport, entertainment and community participation, bringing together residents, families and visitors for an evening open to everyone.
